8+ years of clinical nursing experience and management, with a mandatory background in Oncology
Current RN license
Preferred: background in mental health or a psychiatric certification (e.g., PMHNP, RN-BC)
Experience in a high-growth healthcare or technology company
Track record in program development
Ability to move between high-level strategic planning and operational troubleshooting
Ability to lead with empathy while focusing on data-driven clinical outcomes
Entrepreneurial and resourceful approach in a startup environment
Experience managing deadlines and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, client success, data, and product teams
