Translate complex dealer workflows (Diagnostics, Parts Lookup, Work Order history) into detailed technical requirements which will translate to customer value.
Oversee the operational ingestion of OEM technical manuals, parts catalogs and schematics. Define the benchmarks for "Ground Truth" to ensure AI outputs are 100% compliant with manufacturer standards and are accurate.
Lead the implementation for integrating with dealership management systems (DMS/ERP) to pull real-time data on Repair Orders (ROs) and inventory availability.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify "friction points" in current product and prioritize features that increase efficiencies.
Requirements
5+ years in Technical Product Management, with at least 3 years focused on driving products from strategy through adoption
Strong knowledge and experience in Agriculture and/or Heavy Equipment Industry
Cloud based agile tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, AHA or similar
Familiarity with cloud based data platforms such as Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.
Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data to inform decisions
Proven ability to define product vision, create roadmaps, and manage lifecycle
Proven ability to drive adoption, retention and measurable user value
Proven track record in Agile methodologies (Scrum), backlog management and sprint planning
Excellent communication, alignment and influence skills across all levels of the organization
Strong strategic, analytical and decision-making skills; ability to balance short-term delivery and long-term vision
Curiosity, adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with AI; no-code tools or at a minimum AI curious
