Lead the harness business with key aerospace and defense customers to ensure sustainable growth and competitiveness.
Own revenue, profitability, and overall P&L performance of assigned programs.
Define program vision, objectives, and commercial targets aligned with business strategy.
Lead proposal development, including technical coordination, costing, and pricing strategy.
Develop negotiation strategies and support complex customer and supplier agreements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, SCM, Logistics, Finance, Operations, Management) to ensure on-time delivery and KPI achievement.
Drive operational excellence by implementing standardized processes and optimizing workflows.
Ensure transparency through governance meetings, milestone tracking, and reliable reporting.
Conduct technical and financial analysis, including scenario modeling and risk mitigation planning.
Monitor schedule adherence, quality performance, supplier performance, and program risks throughout the lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across program sites.
Provide product and market insights to development teams based on customer needs and industry trends.
Travel approximately 50%, primarily within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Requirements
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
