Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions and drive operational improvements.
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across various departments.
Generate and maintain regular reports on key business metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and management.
Support project management activities, including tracking progress, identifying issues, and ensuring timely completion of project tasks.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, marketing, and product development, to support business operations and align on strategic goals.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the healthtech sector.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and analysis to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.
Ensure business operations comply with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
Collaborate with the Talent team to actively engage in the hiring and recruitment process, including but not limited to participating in interviews.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members within your department and across diverse functions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, degree in STEM is preferred.
1-3 years of experience in business operations or data analysis.
Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus.
Experience within the STEM field is required.
Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred. Must be willing to complete certification within first 90 days of employment.
Basic understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
Excel experience is required.
SQL experience is highly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
Eager to learn and grow within the company.
