Deliver high-stakes presentations to CHROs and IT leadership, aligning Workday’s innovation roadmap with their strategic business needs.
Serve as the "Voice of the Financial Customer" by partnering with Product Management & Marketing to influence the future of Workday’s industry-specific offerings.
Requirements
5+ years Pre-sales field experience within cloud-based HCM ecosystems (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
5+ years of deep Human Capital Management expertise (Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, etc.)
Experience navigating the complexities of Professional & Business Services organizations.
Ability to command a room at the C-Suite level and influence complex decision-making processes.
Expert-level discovery skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into a compelling vision for digital transformation.
A self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, high-stakes environments and can manage multiple concurrent projects with precision.
Comfortable with high-velocity and magnitude of change.
