Role Overview
Collaborate with internal teams to develop premium crypto products.

Requirements
Familiarity with the Kraken app.
Experience forecasting volume, AHT, and shrinkage in a Workforce Management environment.
Familiarity with Workforce Management tools used in day-to-day operations.
Experience using data to influence staffing or scheduling decisions.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-changing operational environment.
