About this role
Role Overview
- Support engineering roles for nuclear projects in new builds and continuous plant operation support modifications
- Work on fast-paced technically complex projects
- Prepare, design, modify, coordinate, and/or review CAD drawings
- Apply working technical knowledge of 2D drawings and CAD symbols to AutoCAD drawings
- Create and revise AutoCAD mechanical drawings
- Ensure CAD file configuration management and storage are maintained as per company procedures
Requirements
- College diploma in mechanical design and drafting
- Some CAD mechanical drafting experience is an asset
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD software
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Raster Design and Revit an asset
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks software
- Working knowledge of SolidEdge software an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with colleagues in a team environment as well as independently
