Role Overview
- Act as lead architect for the Group Retirement platform
- Perform complex system analysis and work closely with business clients
- Develop applications for high transaction data processing
- Advocate for business clients in all phases of the solution development lifecycle
- Analyze various interconnected legacy applications
- Develop Software solutions to perform data analysis
- Create test data and build prototypes to validate system requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Informational Technology or related technical field
- 10+ years systems analysis experience
- 5+ years of practical experience with agile teams
- Demonstrated aptitude in Retirement Products and/or Operations
- Experience as a subject matter expert in one or more retirement product lines
