Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of experience, Master's degree and 10 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or brand communications
Experience translating brand and campaign strategy into social-first content
Proven ability to grow audience engagement and visibility on major platforms
Strong understanding of platform analytics and performance optimization
Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt tone for different audiences
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to work well with others
