You will be a key player on one of more of our client engagements.
You will have the opportunity to lead client team members through the various phases of the project and the unique project deliverables.
There may be potential to lead other junior Q_PERIOR resources on the project, support their development as exceptional consultants.
You will you be given the opportunity to develop your own skills through a mix of individual support, on the job learning, and training.
You will have the opportunity to learn new software solutions, specific to the solutions implemented on the projects you will work on.
You will take on new challenges with each project, taking existing software and solutions and tailoring them to fit the needs of each client.

You have a degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, actuarial science, engineering, or comparable focus.
Actuarial or CPA track or exams passed is a plus.
You might have a solid foundation in one or more insurance related software solutions, having worked in the industry for 5 or more years as a Business Analyst or equivalent.
Your project experiences include elements like project management, requirements gathering, to be design, system integration, test planning and execution, rollout planning and execution, change management and some forms of end user training.
Experience with other programming languages such as Python or R are nice to have.
You have interest in learning from industry experts to build your career in financial risk management.
You are enthusiastic about the complexities of the insurance industry.
You can communicate very technical topics in a way that a non-technical person could understand.
