Understand program goals and contribute building components, process and sequence
Analyze data to develop accurate reports and summaries
Assists in developing professional and polished artifacts (roadmaps, portfolio updates etc.) to engage our stakeholders
Support in organizing and running scaled agile events
quarterly portfolio planning and monthly portfolio review events
Help with the development of new procedures and policies to streamline processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Prior experience with project or program management is crucial
Ability to lead independently with minimal guidance
Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes needed for making sound decisions
Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an ongoing basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
Applied experience with several of the following: Proven understanding of a business line or functional area
Problem Solving – deep knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving interpersonal, operational or process problems
Effective Communications
Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
Decision Making and Critical Thinking
Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
Accuracy and Attention to Detail
Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy
