In-house preparation, in OneSource Income Tax software, of the consolidated group’s US federal and state income tax filings.
Assist with the preparation, in OneSource Tax Provision, of the interim and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740.
Prepare supporting workpapers and reconciliations.
Aid in foreign informational reporting (Forms 5471, 8858).
Assist with tax research including analysis of new tax laws and the potential impact on the Company.
Correspond with the IRS and state departments of revenue regarding notices and audits.
Collaborate with global business unit controllers to obtain then analyze relevant tax data.
Actively participate in the building of a professional, proactive, responsive, technically strong tax organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or Analytics required
Plans to pursue CPA license.
Prior Tax experience preferred.
