Serve as the technical point of contact for strategic partners, enabling them to integrate Transmit Security’s CIAM, authentication, and fraud APIs into their products and solutions.
Provide hands-on engineering support: code samples, reference architectures, integration reviews, and troubleshooting.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to ensure partner integrations are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
Translate partner feedback and field learnings into clear product requirements and roadmap input.
Build and maintain partner-facing technical assets (docs, sample apps, integration guides, POCs).
Support partner enablement through technical workshops, solution design sessions, and pre‑sales engineering support.
Act as a technical advocate for the partner ecosystem, helping partners succeed commercially and technically.

Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, and modern authentication flows (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, MFA, passwordless)
Background in identity, CIAM, security, or fraud prevention technologies
Ability to write production-quality code in one or more languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Go)
Solid understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns
Excellent communication skills — able to bridge business, product, and engineering teams
Comfortable working with external partners and influencing without authority
