Work as part of a team of problem solvers in the International Tax Desk practice
Address cross border tax needs of multinational companies
Manage global tax rates and identify areas of cost reduction
U.S. Corporate Federal and state income tax compliance
Prepare or review U.S. tax provision and conduct tax research
Draft memos and technical analysis related to specific client matters
Delegate tasks to others for development and coaching
Review work for quality and accuracy

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business
Experience with U.S Federal and state tax matters, including tax research
Experience in a public accounting firm
U.S. CPA or EA Designation is an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Go Systems tax preparation software is desirable
Experience with research platforms such as Checkpoint, BNA or CCH considered an asset
Strong written and oral communication abilities, interpersonal skills, and ability to work well in a team environment
Good analytical and organizational skills.
