Proactively source top talent through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies
Source for roles across the United States, Europe, and other global markets as business needs evolve
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to refine job specifications, define target profiles, and align on sourcing strategy across different geographies
Build and maintain strong passive talent pipelines globally through consistent, thoughtful outreach
Engage prospective candidates via social media, phone, text, email, and personalized messaging to strengthen Fieldwire’s employer brand worldwide
Track and report on sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates to ensure goals are met
Lead sourcing best practice sharing and training across the Talent Acquisition team
Evaluate and implement new sourcing tools, technologies, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality
Maintain high levels of data integrity within Greenhouse and other HR systems
Requirements
1+ year of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role with measurable sourcing metrics
Experience partnering with hiring managers to refine job profiles and align on candidate strategy
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
