Manage all aspects of project execution, including scope, stakeholder management, change management, schedule, budget, and quality.
Lead large, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from initiation through close-out for the Power Lifeline Sector.
Critical coordination of highly matrixed project execution teams to ensure resources are focused on the right activity at the right time to meet project schedule.
Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Develop and implement detailed project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that technical aspects of the project are properly managed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
8+ years of project management experience, with significant experience in engineering projects, power industry experience preferred
Technical engineering knowledge, with the ability to understand and coordinate solutions for complex engineering challenges required
PE, PMP, CCM or equivalent certification preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams, including project and/or program management, services, engineering, operations, and procurement
Passion for People Leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Planview Adaptive Work), with advanced understanding and experience of scheduling and cost planning
Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations) experience preferred
Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
