Role Overview
Support the Store Manager in executing roles and responsibilities to deliver an exceptional employee and guest experience
Assist in building a high-performing team that represents Newell Brand Values
Support recruitment, hiring, development, inspiration, and retention of top talent
Contribute to creating a store environment focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience
Deliver emotionally engaging guest experience through product knowledge
Maximize sales potential by implementing company selling strategies
Drive guest loyalty through various programs
Maintain store appearance by implementing company visual standards
Assist in analyzing the business and creating clear action plans for operational activities
Requirements
High School completion or equivalent GED
Proven experience in a retail management role (2+ years preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical skills
Solution-oriented
Must be able to work in fragrance-filled environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
