As an Associate Account Director, your core mission is to enable senior sellers to focus on strategic growth and new revenue by owning critical retention and administrative processes.
Directly manage the full renewal sales cycle for a dedicated portfolio of smaller-sized contracts. This includes timely outreach, negotiation of terms, and contract closure, ensuring zero churn in this segment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries related to billing, basic contract questions, and operational support for our Enterprise customers.
Collaborate closely with senior ADs to assist with strategic tasks, including preparing renewal forecasts for the small-dollar segment, assisting with multi-threading and account mapping documentation, and gathering necessary data to support strategic presentations.
Proactively monitor customer health metrics for assigned accounts, flagging potential risks related to renewals or usage to the senior AD and Client Success team.
Become fluent in using our CRM (Salesforce) and pricing tools to ensure meticulous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and complete adherence to all internal sales processes.
Requirements
1-4 years of professional experience in an account support, inside sales, sales development, or account management role within a B2B SaaS environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, execute complex administrative processes flawlessly, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in contract management.
Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce highly preferred) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
