Play a pivotal role in guiding mining, energy, and environmental stewardship projects from early proposal development through to final report completion.
Help bring clarity and structure to complex environmental initiatives by coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Translate client goals into actionable plans that influence schedules, budgets, and high-quality outcomes.
Work directly with clients to understand goals and steer technical teams toward solutions.
Keep work on track, on budget, and aligned with commitments through project controls.
Support a broad range of environmental projects and foster collaboration across ERM’s internal networks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or related field.
4+ years of consulting experience in environmental or related technical disciplines.
Experience in the mining and/or energy sector.
Proven ability to coordinate and manage environmental scopes of work.
Detailed oriented with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while aligning with internal governance and direction.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a deadline driven environment with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated financial literacy, with the ability to lead project controls activities such as budget tracking, cost forecasting, invoicing support, and understanding project financial performance.
