Role Overview
- Lead and operationalize end-to-end revenue cycle across a multi-state behavioral health organization
- Directly manage a team of 3–4 billing specialists
- Stabilize and strengthen billing operations to support care delivery
- Implement infrastructure for billing lifecycle and compliance
- Ensure timely claim submission and monitor denials
Requirements
- 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience with direct reports
- Advanced eClinicalWorks (ECW) billing experience
- MS Excel reporting proficiency
- Payment posting expertise
- Denial management and A/R recovery experience
- Strong CPT / ICD / POS validation knowledge
