Lead and develop global mobility policies, processes, and ways of working
Manage international assignments end-to-end, from planning to repatriation
Support business leaders in planning assignments (e.g. compensation, compliance, cost estimates)
Ensure compliance related to international tax, immigration, and employment regulations together with HR, Payroll, and Finance
Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders and external partners globally

5+ years of solid experience in global mobility, international HR, or a related field
Ability to turn complex regulations into clear, practical guidance for business and employees
Experience managing international assignments and working with external partners (e.g. tax, legal, EOR)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment
Structured, development-oriented mindset and enjoy improving processes and ways of working
Fluent in Finnish and English; Spanish is considered as an advantage.
