Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience in Claims Handling or Insurance OR Completion of the Zurich Claims Training Program with 2+ years of experience in Claims or Insurance OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice (including an Associate Degree) with 2+ years of experience in Claims Handling or Insurance OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 4+ years of experience in Claims Handling or Insurance
Prior experience in auto claims handling, insurance claims, or a related customer service field.
Understanding of auto insurance policies, coverage, and state regulations.
Ability to obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products
