Role Overview
What You’ll Do
- Concept and execute within each brand’s standards.
- Quickly gain an understanding of the brands and audience to execute conceptual and strategic design work, including tailoring ad content for TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels.
- Create high-quality digital ads, social content and promotional videos optimized for various platforms.
- Work closely with Art Director, merchandising and marketing to ensure optimal outcome for final materials.
- Collaborate on implementation of paid marketing A/B tests to increase sales performance and improve customer experience.
- Proactively seek necessary information on project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment on timelines, deliverables and assets.
- Assist the Art Director and project coordinator with the planning and implementation of projects.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
Requirements
Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of design experience.
- Excellent typography skills, a great eye for color, layout and details.
- A thorough understanding of branding and its application in advertising campaigns.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your process and execution of good design.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- An ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high-quality work.
- Must be a self-motivator, possessing the ability to work effectively with little supervision.
- Active on various social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, with a good understanding of their respective audience preferences and content formats.
- Basic understanding of photography and using a DSLR camera.
