Role Overview
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget from inception through completion
- Drive all aspects of construction, including design development, permitting, competitive bid processes, team selection, construction oversight, and project closeout
- Collaborate with design teams, operators, and clients to ensure project goals are met
- Submit monthly project financial reports, including forecasting and cash-flow analysis
- Develop, manage, and maintain vendor contracts, ensuring all contractual obligations are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field; or relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects of increasing complexity
- Data Center experience is a strongly preferred
- Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement
