Manage project scope, schedule, and budget from inception through completion
Drive all aspects of construction, including pre-construction, design development, permitting and entitlements, competitive bid processes, team selection, construction oversight, commissioning, and project closeout
Collaborate with design teams, operators, and clients to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements
Submit monthly project financial reports, including forecasting and cash-flow analysis
Develop, manage, and maintain vendor contracts, assisting with negotiation and ongoing relationships
Manage the input and delivery of work products from internal team members to ensure that new data center spaces comply with project requirements, customer requirements, engineering standards, applicable codes, and specifications
Develop, document, and drive lessons learned, process improvements, and cost and schedule savings initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field; or relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects of increasing complexity, with a focus on data center or mission-critical facilities
Data Center experience is a strongly preferred
Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
