Assist in developing strategic plans and program roadmaps
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends
Support program optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes
Collaborate with Sales teams on value propositions and client presentations
Monitor KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment on strategic priorities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, program management, or related roles
Strong understanding of care management and utilization management principles
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with telephonic and virtual care models (preferred)
Familiarity with NCQA, CMS, and state regulations (preferred)
Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (preferred)
