About this role
Role Overview
- Develops the testing strategy and master test plan to support testing objectives
- Defines and drives a modern, end-to-end, data-informed quality engineering strategy
- Manages the strategic and tactical testing relationship with program stakeholders
- Owns/drives/coordinating testing across multiple phases including SIT, UAT, and End-to-End
- Provides requirements and guidance for all test data and test environment needs
- Ensures that test automation is utilized where appropriate
- Collects testing metrics and reports status to program and Quality Assurance Leadership
- Provides leadership and consultation to program and application development groups
- Evaluates AI-enabled testing tools with attention to governance, explainability, security, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
- Minimum of 10 years testing and product quality experience
- Quality Certification, such as CSTE, CSQA, CMST, CSQE required
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries preferred
- Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery models and CI/CD pipelines preferred
- PMP certification or strong program delivery background preferred
