The Inside Sales Representative, Medicare Sales is a high-performing, goal-oriented professional responsible for driving both membership growth and retention through compliant education, guidance, and enrollment of Medicare Advantage (MA) eligible beneficiaries.
Acting as a Healthfirst ambassador, the representative champions enterprise initiatives and serves as the first point of contact for prospects interested in exploring existing or future Medicare plans.
They are data-driven, proactive, adaptable to market shifts, and committed to continuous learning and development.
Success in this role requires a self-starter with a passion for process, a mindset rooted in sustainable growth and accountability, and a drive to deliver seamless member experiences.
The representative must also demonstrate the ability to document interactions, and nurture leads within internal systems to support long-term engagement and sales effectiveness.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Must have a valid and unexpired NY Health & Accident License
Ability to manage multiple systems (CRM, Enrollment and Telephony), simultaneously
Ability to collaborate with external/internal stakeholders and support teams for cross-referral and joint promotions
Active participation in continued professional development activities
Ability to travel to the New York City area
Ability to work the majority of the time outside of HF offices with little direct supervision
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Must have good organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
At least five years in a health plan sales role with a record of consistently producing maximum results in a compliant manner
Ability to use technology and tools including Salesforce, MES and Tableau for prospect/member record keeping and lead management
Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Salesforce experience
Bi-lingual (Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese) a plus.
