Under the direction of the Contracts & Compliance Associate, the Student Assistant is responsible for providing the Enterprise & Procurement Services department with a wide range of support.
Contract drafting and lifecycle management, insurance compliance, contract compliance, risk management, information governance, customer service, and other administrative tasks.
Facilitate and assist with tracking contracts and certificates of insurance (including additional insured and other endorsements).
Support contract portfolio lifecycle by drafting contract modifications, extensions, amendments, notices, and preliminary agreement documents.
Communicate proactively, timely, and effectively with internal and external contacts regarding the status of contracts, insurance issues, projects, and/or other various documents or processes.
Provide general administrative support to supervisor such as: proofreading and formatting documents; organizing contract and legal files; filing; preparing correspondence and mailing; scheduling appointments; and other administrative tasks.
