Provide support in registering and updating suppliers and items in the system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
Prepare daily and weekly reports, supporting analyses that contribute to the team's decision-making.
Support logistical follow-up with suppliers, acting as a point of contact for coordinating deliveries, reconciliations, and scheduling at the Logistics Center, including monitoring cases of non-delivery (no-show).
Provide support for the product exchange process, monitoring procedures with suppliers according to defined guidelines.
Support the submission of the scheduled delivery plan, ensuring alignment of production and supply with national suppliers.
Assist in the follow-up of international inspections, including monthly coordination with international suppliers, requesting inspection quotes, managing approvals, and maintaining spreadsheets.
Support the monthly process for collecting cooperative funds, including sending reports and debit notes related to cooperative advertising.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in Business Administration or International Trade, as of the 3rd semester.
Knowledge of Excel (desirable).
English at a basic or intermediate level (advantage).
