Supports the design, analysis, and delivery of market-competitive, equitable compensation programs, enabling fair, data-drive decisions.
Provides analytical support, ongoing research, modeling and compensation analysis for base pay and incentive programs.
Evaluates jobs, completes market pricing, determines pay grades, completes compensation surveys, and performs associated analysis by applying standard job evaluation methodologies.
Ensures compensation related programs and practices are competitive and equitable and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Serves as a trusted advisor who consults with HR partners on compensation issues and mentors and guides compensation analysts and specialists.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis or a related analytical role, preferably supporting a geographically dispersed workforce.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience supporting the administration of incentive compensation plans, including eligibility tracking, payout calculations, proration logic, documentation, and governance controls.
Experience working within a healthcare, behavioral health, or hospital system environment preferred.
Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential compensation data with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
In-depth knowledge of federal compensation regulations and strong familiarity with multi-state and multi-jurisdiction wage and hour laws.
