Engage directly with portfolio company HR and business leaders to understand their People & Culture needs and deliver tailored solutions across Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Learning & Leadership Development, and HR Business Partnering.
Gather and analyze client feedback through formal and informal channels and translate it into actionable improvements for Revantage’s P&C service delivery.
Identify gaps and unmet needs in portfolio company people strategies and partner with them to design effective solutions.
Serve as relationship manager to portfolio CHROs and/or act as a senior HR advisor, depending on partner needs.
Provide strategic HR advisory services, including organizational assessments, workforce planning insights, and operating model recommendations.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the P&C function and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Lead or support special projects, including reorganizations, change initiatives, M&A integration, and leadership development.
Analyze trends and metrics to develop proactive HR solutions, programs, and policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Minimum 12 years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience across employee relations, recruitment, training and development, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
Proven experience developing direct reports and leading cross‑functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to senior leadership.
Excellent client service mindset and the ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.
Strong change management capabilities with experience driving organizational, process, and technology change.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a hybrid advisory/operational model balancing portfolio client needs with internal leadership responsibilities.
