Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
Works with client personnel to identify required changes
Defines and refines test conditions
Communicates needed changes to development team.
Prioritize multiple tasks effectively; may be responsible for assigning and reviewing project tasks completed by others

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in testing and/or systems background.
Thorough understanding of operational procedures and systems.
Strong foundation in Agile principles and practices, with the ability to adapt them to new, AI‑accelerated delivery models.
Proven experience gathering and translating complex business and technical requirements into actionable specifications.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced digital transformation environments and challenge legacy thinking.
Experience working closely with Product Management in modern product‑centric delivery models.
Familiarity with AI‑assisted development, prompt engineering, or AI‑enabled requirements generation.
Technical or IT background that supports effective collaboration with engineering teams.
