Support specific workstreams and major components of the Risk Appetite Program
Contribute to the design of Risk Appetite requirements across setting, measurement, monitoring, breach management, action planning, and reporting
Assist in documenting requirements in policies, standards, and procedures
Help distinguish metric types in documentation and tools
Provide stakeholder coordination across first, second, and third lines of defence

Proven experience in Risk Appetite and/or Metrics Program building
Strong understanding of Risk Management and Risk Governance at large, complex financial institutions
Ability to work with and interpret large data sets
Experience in quantitative analysis pertaining to credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, and/or non-financial risks
Must have in-depth knowledge of business and regulatory environment
Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
