About this role
Role Overview
Identify and prospect new leads via cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients.
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine sales strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to support product development.
Requirements
Native or C2 professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
Proven sales experience, ideally in SaaS, internal products, or enterprise solutions.
Strong cold-calling, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach and LinkedIn-based sales strategies.
Brownie Points:
Experience selling workforce intelligence, HR, or time-tracking software.
Knowledge of U.S. market expectations and enterprise sales cycles.
