Real Estate Manager III

Role Overview

• Manage corporate real estate activities within assigned territories
• Conduct regional and site-specific analysis, feasibility studies, and contract negotiations
• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions—including acquisitions, dispositions, and ongoing negotiations
• Interpret and analyze legal contracts and due diligence reports
• Support zoning, signage, and code variance requests
• Lead all phases of negotiations with various stakeholders

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business or real estate; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant real estate or corporate transaction experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Real Estate Mapping and other Real Estate Related software
• Strong organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to build coalitions across diverse stakeholders
