Develops an understanding of each client’s business/organization operations.
Leads coordination and processing of accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts and posting/recording of payroll transactions.
Coordinates and reviews account reconciliations.
Completes complex account reconciliations.
Prepares, understands, and reviews financial statements.
Reviews general ledger, cashflow, allocations, etc.
Proactively creates process and procedure documentation.
Completes sales tax returns and Form 1099s.
Oversees workflow and quality of work of Associates and Analysts.
Assists with projects for internal audit, due diligence, system selection, and other consultative projects.
Requirements
2 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
