Lead development, execution, and training of all payer-facing tools and resources
Partner with Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Market Access teams to create cost-effectiveness evidence aligned with payer needs
Translate clinical and economic data into clear, compelling value propositions for payer audiences
Oversee the agency of record to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, on-brand, and compliant material
Manage annual payer marketing budgets and SOWs
Work closely with Market Access, Brand Marketing, Medical Affairs, GACO and Account Teams to align payer strategies with overall business objectives
Requirements
Advanced scientific degree (i.e., MD, PharmD, PhD) and 5+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 8+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience
Deep understanding of the reimbursement landscape for CAR-T
Extensive understanding of the hematology/oncology clinical landscape and cell therapy business
Expertise in market access, pricing, and financial aspects of the U.S. healthcare system
Experience developing value platforms and contributing to HEOR evidence generation plans
Engagement experience with payers, providers, channels, and health policy stakeholders
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills.
