Responsible for the end-to-end successful delivery of both in-person and digital learning programs
Ensures that all onshore site, and offshore personnel meet rigorous contractual and safety standards through proactive scheduling, data-driven forecasting, and meticulous record management
Coordinate and schedule all training sessions, managing coordination for both internal and third-party vendors
Monitor and drive employee attendance to ensure 100% compliance with project timelines
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and external training providers regarding all learning activities
Track and manage mandatory certifications, medical and Drug & Alcohol (D&A) testing in strict alignment with contractual, client and legislative requirements
Maintain secure, audit-ready training records for all personnel, ensuring data privacy and protection in compliance with relevant legislation
Analyze complex data sets to identify skill gaps, training trends and operational risks
Develop and present KPI reports for internal stakeholders and clients, offering actionable recommendations for talent development
Forecast future training requirements based on upcoming projects and manpower needs
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide talent development data and support ad hoc talent initiatives
Ensure all stakeholders are regularly informed of training progress and development milestones
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in training coordination, HR administration, or a similar role with a fast-paced environment. Offshore / Energy / Construction is preferred
Previous experience in a training development or HR environment preferred
Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook) and familiarity with the use of databases
Ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders
Ability to deal with frequent change and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Deliver in a customer focused climate
Maintain confidential and sensitive information
Able to provide a clear record of conduct (criminal check)
Currently authorized to lawfully work in Canada without sponsorship from Wood is required
