Develop a portfolio of customers, prospects and Centers of Influence (COIs) through networking and other business development efforts.
Sell bank products to new and existing customers.
Partner with assigned branches for cross sale opportunities and customer relationship management.
Manage relationships externally with key Community Partners to leverage programs, tools and resources to assist BB customers.
Source, evaluate and recommend new BB banking opportunities for loan and deposit relationships.
Manage a portfolio of BB clients to minimize risk for the bank, cross sell to the book of business and create a positive customer experience.
Coordinate calling and relationships management activities with multiple internal business partners.
Conduct preliminary underwriting and structure of credit requests.
Maintain internal Bank contact management system including full history.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training and related experience required.
Five-to-eight years of sales and management experience
Basic understanding of commercial businesses and banking
Demonstrated basic knowledge of credit with some prior credit training and sales training.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales skills in a fast paced environment.
Technologically proficient.
Ability to attend networking and other events outside of customary business hours.
