Role Overview
Act as a strategic partner to clients, aligning solutions to their business and marketing goals
Leverage agency processes to identify expansion opportunities across services, technology, and strategy
Lead client engagements from discovery through execution, coordinating internal teams and stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strong client outcomes, retention, and long-term value
Maintain a clear, organized view of client opportunities and initiatives using a thoughtful, data-informed approach
Requirements
Proficiency in English; experience supporting restaurant or retail brands is a plus
Background working in a marketing agency, digital agency, or professional services environment
Experience managing client relationships and guiding complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Strong consultative mindset with the ability to translate client needs into actionable recommendations
Comfortable influencing outcomes through collaboration rather than transactional selling
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and internal teams
Self-directed, organized, and motivated by helping clients grow and succeed
