Drive global process standardization and harmonization across regions and business units to enable scalable, repeatable operations
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience working in Information Technology, Supply chain, Engineering, Finance or HR functions.
Knowledge of PMO governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Domain knowledge and business process expertise in large diversified multinational companies
Experience with MS Office (especially advance level in Excel), MS Project, PPT etc.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
Experience in contributing to SAP S4 HANA implementation or other ERP or IT projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
Experience with analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, Python.
Proven success in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks is desirable.
