Role Overview
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content for Sharp HealthCare System
- Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.) and provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
Requirements
- 4 Years experience in instructional design
- Must have experience writing effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
- Master's Degree in instructional design, educational technology or relevant field preferred
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology or relevant field; or 4 years of experience in instructional design, educational technology or relevant field may substitute for the degree – REQUIRED.
