Role Overview
- Work alongside existing attorneys and support staff
- Assist existing attorneys with their caseloads
- Independently manage a diverse caseload
- Draft and review pleadings and other case related documents
- Advise clients regularly on various issues relating to file level scenarios
- Create, review and edit reports, correspondence, and other documents
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Requires membership and good standing with the FL State Bar
- 3+ years of foreclosure, title, and/or financial services experience required
- Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations
