Support the Ads team in managing, optimizing, testing, and tracking all aspects of online advertising for nonprofit clients
Build creative, compelling campaigns to implement across multiple digital platforms
Develop and optimize search marketing campaigns across multiple search engines
Manage and optimize Google Ad and Grant accounts
Work with third-party vendors to drive increased growth and performance for search engine marketing campaigns
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for new programs, campaign settings, audience targeting, and creative ad formats to maximize program performance and client goals
Strategize and execute creative testing strategies to identify the most effective ads and techniques to various audiences
Produce reporting and analyze results
Maintain ongoing reports for client programs
A/B test and continually measure performance
Requirements
Minimum years of experience required: 2
In the following areas: Search marketing, display media and paid social
Required experience & knowledge: Online advertising fundamentals, including encouraging conversions via effective promotions on different platforms
Making data-driven decisions using analytics, A/B testing, campaign reports and dashboards
Understanding of online advertising metrics
Understanding of advertising platforms including Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google DoubleClick, and Google Ads
Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Demonstrated effective use of digital tools to manage internal and external workflow and communication (including email, chat, zoom, and online workflow tool)
