Build, nurture and sustain strong partnerships with supervisors and leadership
Manage human resources functions for the location
Provide sound judgement, guidance and thought partnership to support HR strategies
Develop and execute project plans and deliver HR services supporting business objectives
Promote the value of HR function based on business outcomes
Ensure the right talent is selected to meet business needs
Support the administration of HR activities including recruiting/hiring, performance management, and benefits enrollment
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategy with business plans

High school diploma or GED
4 Years Experience in a Human Resources function
4 Years Experience administering confidential staff information such as personnel files and employment compliance data
3 Years Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field (Preferred)
2 Years Leadership experience with or without direct report responsibility (Preferred)
Experience in a supply chain, contact center or retail environment (Preferred)
