Role Overview
- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure collaboration platforms and advanced data visualization solutions.
- Translate business, technical, and operational requirements into scalable SharePoint environments and actionable Power BI dashboards.
- Work closely with program leadership, technical teams, and government stakeholders.
- Ensure SharePoint implementations align with federal IT and cybersecurity standards, records retention, and data governance requirements.
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards for executive, program, and operational use.
- Collaborate with program managers, technical leads, and business analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in SharePoint development and administration.
- Business intelligence and data visualization.
- Experience supporting federal government (DoW) or regulated environments strongly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server.
- Power BI (dashboard design, DAX, data modeling).
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools.
- Strong understanding of data governance and access control.
- Information architecture and UX best practices.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Agile and DevOps practices.
- U.S. Citizenship required to support U.S. Federal Client.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain MBI clearance level.
