Plan, execute, and optimize paid performance campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, etc.)
Conduct in-depth audience, keyword, and competitive research to inform campaign strategy
Manage end-to-end campaign setups including tracking, budgeting, and A/B testing
Monitor performance KPIs and proactively recommend optimization actions to improve ROI and CPA
Develop actionable reports using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Tech, Content, CRM) to ensure campaign alignment and effective messaging
Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across platforms

1-2 years of proven hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing
Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, and attribution models
Solid understanding of performance KPIs (CPC, ROAS, CPA, CVR) and media budget allocation
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into insights
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable building campaign reports and pivot tables
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
Google Ads and/or Meta certifications strongly preferred
Familiarity with GTM (Google Tag Manager), Looker Studio, or data visualization tools
Previous experience working in a scale-up or agency environment
