Role Overview
Your responsibilities
- Writing and creating content for newsletters, social media and our websites (CMS), among others.
- Managing the entire email process: from content planning to execution, analysis and optimization.
- Setting up communication process around strategic projects, expertise/ insights and internal developments.
- Advising internal stakeholders (medical, operations, commercial, retail) on external communications.
- Coordinating external agencies.
- Monitoring results and adjusting for effectiveness.
- Monitoring and keeping the brand identity up to date and help developing the layout of various communication materials.
Requirements
What you bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the healthcare, diagnostic or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing B2B and B2C communication.
- Knowledge of AI related tools for marcom.
- Strong understanding of online and offline communication channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of excellent copywriting skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, good spoken and written English.
- Degree in communication, marketing, business administration or related field.
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment in transformation.
- Team player and skilled to forge strong multi-functional collaborations.
