5-9 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM, SAM, and Service Portal design
Strong integration experience with DocuSign, Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and Auth0
Experience with App Engine Studio, low-code customization, and automating workflows
Experience in creating, modifying, and debugging ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, and business rules
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST APIs)
Expertise in customizing ServiceNow Service Portal
Understanding of CMDB data models and database management within ServiceNow
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant ServiceNow modules preferred
ITIL V3 or V4 Certification preferred
Proven communication skills across various stakeholders
